FOUR MORE ACTIVISTS ARRESTED AFTER MADRID COUNTER-SUMMIT “BOLOGNA KEEPS ON BURNING IN MADRID”

On Monday 27th four activists were arrested for their participation in the Countersummit accused of misappropiation and disturbances even though they were not in the place where police accused them to be and there is no evidence.
The first activist was arrested in the morning and taken to police department. During the afternoon other activists were arrested, some in the streets others when they went voluntarily to police department to declare.

Activists arrested for the expropriation in La Casa del Libro free

Activists arrested were freed yesterday at 16.00 after being jailed for more than 24 hours in some cases. They are fine now. They were welcomed by a group of 50 activists when they were released in the judges of Plaza de Castilla.

110 groups from all over the world joined in solidarity the communiqué against their arrest.

The Bolonia Fuckin’ Up Group calls people to a concentration on monday 3rd May at 19 pm in Sol under the motto “you jailed our bodies because we liberated our minds, in solidarity with the 5 activists arrested”. They call everybody to bring a book and liberate it in the moment, to keep on struggling for free culture and education. They will be freed to show we continue with the struggle against mercantilization.
